Service pack 3 for Office 2000 fails to install after downloading.

Am running Office 2000 on XP, SP 3 fails to install after downloading. Have
already installed SP 1 and 2 for Office, SP 2 for Windows XP. Any
suggestions as to why this may be, or better still, how to alleviate the
problem?
