Service Pack 3 for Office 2000

I purchased my Dell computer and I am running Office 2000
Premium. Trying to download Service Pack 3 but it asks
for a CD Rom for Office 2000. I don't have a CD Rom
because it was preloaded by Dell.

How can I obtain the CD Rom so I can upgrade Office with
the Service Pack 3 upgrade?
