Service Pack 3 for Word 2002

I have just upgraded my version of Office XP Pro to
Service Pack 3.
Now every time I start Word I get the following pop-up

"Opening this document will run the following SQL command:

SELECT * FROM MrgFile.txt

Data from your database will be placed in your document.
Do you want to continue?

Yes No"

I assume MrgFile.txt relates to mail merge.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
and do you have a Fix to make it go away?
