Service Pack 3 Full file verion is not installing? Low memory or .

Hi , I have downloaded the full file version of the Service pack 3 of Office
XP. But when I try to install it it says that there is a low memory error (
for something called the swap file or something) or says that it may be a
corrupt cabinet file. I have fresh copy of Windows XP installed and dont know
what to do.

MS word and excel in my system crash sometimes without warning.

Please help what I can do .,
