Service Pack 3

I cannot seem to get the aove to install. I run Office 2003 but get
the'failed to install' message after. I have tried all the advises, even to
the detail for checking the registry entries. I used the software CD again to
repair Office 2003, then tried again...nothing.

I'm trying to do is because the latest Symantec update will install on my PC
but now I cannot receive or send e-mails and their solution centre
reccommends that it is Servive Pack 3 that needs to be installed to run with
their update.

Any similar probs out there?

There is no service pack 3 for Office 2003. SP2 is the latest.
