Access:

When I start Blank data access page
pop-up says
The OLE server isn't registered.
To register the OLE server, install it.

When I close the program, I receive this error:

This program requires triedit.dll, which is no longer included in this
version of Windows.

I own a DELL XPS M1710 which came with Windows Vista Ultimate. The drive has
been completely wiped and freshly installed with all updates from both DELL
and Microsoft applied. The DELL updates were done one update at a time with
a DELL tech over the phone.

I would appreciate any help I can get in solving this problem. All MS
products have been successfully registered and all updates have been
completed successfully.

Any ideas.

Thank you.
