Service Pack Analysis Services

I've a installation of ProjectServer in a Server Farm (2):
1: ProjectServer, WSS
2: SQL Server 2000

For this reason i must installed DSO (Decision Support Objects), en both
machines, for the comunicaction of OLAP Cube.

Somebody know the advantaje of install the Analysis Services SP3 in Project
Servber machine?
I don't reeding in some paper, only i questioning this posibility.

Fabian:

When you apply the SQL SP to the SQL server, you must also apply it to any
computer using the DSOs. Otherwise, the DSOs become incompatible with the
SQL server they're pointing at.
