Service packs will not load

I have attempted to load service pack 2 and 3 for office 2000, each time the
installation fails. I have tried downloading the larger file versions and
again the installation fails. I have tried re-installing Office to no avail.
Doe's anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem?

Please ignore this request. I have repaired the installation and the updates
have loaded.
