I have several customers sites managed and I am trying to manage requests
for changes and modifications better than them just forwarding forwarded
messages with no information meaning I have to spend time decoding encrypted
messages trying to figure out what they actually want.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of some simple online program that
could help me organize requests etc. like a simple work order system.
