Service Unavailable after deploying SP2

Im getting "Service Unavailable" error when I try to access Project web
access on our development box after applying Project Server SP2.

I deployed it in correct order (db,project,wss patch in SP2)

In event log Im getting this error in Application Log:

Event ID: 2269

Computer: PROJECT
Description:
The worker process failed to initialize the http.sys communication or the
w3svc communication layer and therefore could not be started. The data field
contains the error number.

Getting This one in System log:

I've tried this KB article but got the same result.

Refreshing the policies (changed in KB article mention at the end of previous
post) resolved it.

Are you able to start the pool manually? What identity are you using?

During the problem the Projet pool stopped. So I manually started it. But it
was getting stopped again & again. So I rebooted the server after following
that KB article.

I'm using Network Service in identity.

Now its working.

Just one word on this MS Project Error? :)

I hear a lot many on MS Project from people here in this open source lovers
shop.

Did you reboot after deploying SP2 initially? I wonder if the cure was more
the reboot or the KB fix. Thinking out loud...
