Service Unavailable

Dear Sirs,
My project Server was working well, one day i tried to create another
virtual server in the IIS then i deleted it. Now i have a big problem for me
where when i try to access Project Server , it gives me 'Service Unavailable'.
Can anybody help me solving this error eventhough i reinstalled the project
server.
