service vwnotify.exe

Hello all,

I'm having a problem with ProjectServer

Sometimes I have a service (vwnotify.exe) and the
processor goes to 100%

I know how to solve the problem (I go to bin\viewdrop and
I delete the files) but I don't know why this happens

Does anybody knows why this happens
