Set a Cutom Form as the Default Form

I am using a custom form (for contacts) which is stored in the Organizational Folder in Exchange

Our company uses Public Folders as the master source for Contacts, however each user may have their own smaller list of contacts (which are purtinant to them) which they then also update to the Public Folder

At present I would be changing everyone's Mail Box Contact folder to be using (defaulting to) the custom form from Organizational Folder

Is there a better/smarter way to have each user's Mail Box Contact folder default to the Mail Organizational Folder?

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to
substitute your custom form for the default form. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it
doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.
