SET A RULE IN OUTLOOK2003 TO FORWARD MESSAGES RECEIVED PER TIME

Is there a way to set a RULE in Outlook2003 that will forward a message after
it is re ceived that has a specific word phrase only from 5PM to 8PM, Monday
- Friday?

I can set a rule to forward but I have to remember to turn it on and off at
the right times to work. I would like the rule to automatically work from
the specific times of 5PM to 8PM, Monday thru Friday.
