Set choice in choice group automatically

Hi,

Is there a way to change the choice in a choice group depending on the
value in a drop-down box?
The idea is, that the default value of the choice is OK in most cases,
but in certain circumstances, e.g. when the value of a drop-down box
has a specific value, the user will see a different choice
automatically.

I know you can set it via the Tools | Default Values menu at design time, but I am not aware of any way to do this at runtime.
