Set data labels on pie chart outside of chart area

Does anyone know which of the OWC constants sets the data
labels to the outside of the pie area? So far, I only get
errors with anything other than chLabelPositionCenter or
chLabelPositionAutomatic...any help would be greatly
appreciated.
