In Outlook one can set the delivery options to schedule a delivery date and time. I can't seem to find the same option in Entourage, can anyone walk me through how to do that?

Thanks,

There is no option in Entourage, but you can use a script. There are two
script:

Postpone,Delayed Send | Delayed Send

Nope. One of Entourage's biggest features is AppleScripts.

Thanks looks really complex but I'll give it a try.

Thanks for getting me started.

You're confusing AppleScript with VBA, which is not available in Office
2008. Then again, VBA has never been available in Entourage, only in the
other components of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Just remember you don't have to write them to use them. It's like adding
menu commands to customize Entourage. The added bonus is you can assign
shortcuts.

Michael,

Yes you are correct i was confusing AppleScript with VBA.

However I do have to say I am dissapointed Microsoft did not include this feature in Entourage. It is one I use all the time in Outlook and find very handy.

Anyhow thanks for pointing that out to me.

Happy Holidays,
Roger

It's coming back in the next version. Not update but next version Office
2010 or whatever it will be called.
