Set Email Importance

I am creating a form that my IS staff will use to submit all outage
notifications from to the company. The one thing I can't figure out
is how to set the email importance flag to High/Urgent. Is this even
possible?

Yeah, I saw that link before. Unfortunately, I am not imbeding this
into an email. This will be hosted from our Sharepoint server. All
email functionality will take place from the form its self.
