Set focus to Task Pane

Can anyone help with how to programmatically set the focus
to the Document Actions Task Pane in Word 2003 (and then
to a specific control in the pane)?

I need to provide options in the pane for a given XML
element, but must allow the user to select an option and
then (on ENTER) return the focus to the Word document, all
via the keyboard, and without using any CTRL/ALT/Windows
key type combos.
