Hello,
I have a phone sync program that uses the FullName property of a contact to
sync to the phone. I have certain contacts that would need to be stored in
the format Lastname Firstname, and bunch of other that are stored as
Firstname, Lastname. I was trying to set each item's properties but was very
unhappy to notice that setting the Firstname or the Lastname field modifies
the Fullname as well, and vice versa. The same happens when setting these
through a vbscript. The interesting thing is that on the ms doc pages this
behaviour is only noted when modifying the FullName property.
Is there any way to set these fields individually?
BTW, I'm using Outlook 2003 SP1 with an exchange server.
Thanks,
Andras
