Set Kashida Length

How do I set the kashida length for arabic language. I have a word document
in Arabic Language which opens with different kayout on two different
machines. Each machine adjusts the kashida spacing differently knowing that
all font settings are the same on both machines.

Are both machines set to use the same default printer driver? (In
Windows.)
