Set Language has disappeared.

Recently, with no apparent warning, the 'Set Language' tab has dissapeared
from the Tools menu, leaving me with no way to change the language. I'm
currently studying in Spain and need to write papers in Spanish which is
virtually impossible without this feature. Does anyone have any ideas?
Downloads? If so, I'd greatly appreciate it as I am in quite the pinch.

Right-click on any tool bar and select Customize. In the Customize dialog
select RESET. Does that restore Tools, Language, Set Language?
