Set margin size for a confirmation page.

We use FrontPage forms to collect data from our members. I would like every
user on our website to print the same confirmation page using the same
margins etc (like a pdf file). How do I set up the confirmation page to
print the same for everyone regardless of their individual printer settings.

Set the content of the page in table set to 620 pixels wide.
