set margin

Hi,

I am trying to set custom margin for my report. However, when i pick 2cm for
top, bottom, right and left, a msg pop up saying

"one or more margins are set outside the pirntable area of the page...."

How can i fix the problem such that i can stick to 2cm for top, 2cm for
bottom, 2cm for right and 2cm for left.

Kindly advise.

The printable area is set not by Word, but by the printer driver. It's
unlikely that a printer can't print to within 2cm of the paper edge, so
there is probably an error in the driver. See if an update is available on
the manufacturer's website. If the message persists, just select "Ignore"
and try printing anyway - I suspect the page will print fine.
