Is there a way in Outlook 2007 to set an expiry date for a message using
rules or some other simple operation?
The only way I know how to do it just now, is to right-click the message,
select 'Options',
tick the 'Expires after' box,
type or select the date,
click 'Close',
& click 'Yes' to confirm I want to save changes.
I like to use expiry dates for newsletters etc which I might want to read in
the near future, but I don't want to keep long-term, & I don't want to have
to create separate folders to set up auto-archive rules as I already have too
many folders.
Sorry about the length of the post,
Thanks in advance
