set my contacts as default

how can i set the contacts in my computer to be the
default contacts instead of the e-mails addresses global
directory that i am directed to everytime that i want to
compose a message . i am using outlook 2003 that is
connected to microsoft exchange.
Note: the global directory is found on the Ms Exchange.

Open the Address Book
Tools > Options... > Show this address list first
