Set Number of Previous Documents under FILE

When I open Excel and click on FILE on the menu bar, it
only shows 4 previously opened documents. I want it to
show 8-10 but can't find any options to change it. Can
it be done? I have the student and teacher edition 2003.

<Tools> <Options> <General> tab,
Change number of entries by the "RecentlyUsedFileList".
