"Set Profiles..." startup message?

When launching Powerpoint 2007 I get a startup dialog box that reads "Set
Profiles First, Please." I'm unable to locate any ddiscussion of this in
help or the knowledge base. Any ideas what this is referring to? I'm
guessing it's somehow related to colour management but haven't been able to
find anything on it.
