Set Start/End day times for workweek view

In "Work week" view the default start/end times of day is 00:00 - 23:00
(whole day)

How do i set my own start/end of day?

(any version wiil do)

i tried that 1st but it didn't seem to do anything - now i see it just
shades work hours different colour - thanx anyway

That much I was able to figure out. However, Outlook seems incapable of
setting different work hours for different days. For example, I'm
working 8a-5p this week. Next week, I may work 9a-6p or 11a-8p. Is
there any way two different time ranges can be set? Seems to me this
should be a pretty basic function, but I can't seem to find it.
