Set templates "On my computer..." as default?

Clueless in Seattle

How to I configure Word 2003 so that when I click File>New I will see
the list of templates on my computer instead of the menu that shows
"Templates on Office Online," etc.

Will in Seattle
a.k.a. "Clueless"
