Set the calender to send tasks to team members

Is there a way to set the calender in Microsoft Project Standard 2002
to send tasks to the required team members automatically.

No, there is no interactive way to perform that.

You can use the workgroup functionality to automatically
send out e-mails that will send the task to the team
members. I think it can be done in Project 2002 Standard,
I use it in Project 2000.

No, you have to initiate the request to send out the task
assignments manually, but you can send all task items out
to all resources at the same time, and it will but the
task in their outlook task folder too.
