set the property page to center of screen in vb6

hi,
Can anyone tell me how to set the position of Property page to the
center of screen through code or any API. I have tried some APIs like
MoveWindow, setWindowPos, GetWindowRect, ClientToScreen etc. But still
unable to set its position at runtime. May be I am using these APIs in
wrong way :-( .
I also want to resize it at runtime, if possible.
Please help me!
