set the Shortcut Menu to No for ALL forms

I need a macro that sets the Shortcut Menu to No for ALL forms,
and one that sets it back to Yes.

How ?

Why not just use the startup setting:

tools->startup->allow default shortcut menus

Just un-check the above option, and no short cut menus will appear.

Then, when you need to work/design, then you just hold down the shift key
during start (I very minor inconvenient), and then you can use/work with all
the shortcut menus during develoment.
