Set toolbar position problem?

I write the macro that set the position of specific
toolbar. The problem is when I have 2 toolbars place one
on top of the other, Word try to place them line into one
row rather than 2 row. This problem occur even when I
open Word 2 toolbars are also placed in one row. Anyone
know how to fix that ?

test for first toolbars existence, if true, add 27 to yer top.
