Set Up Error continued

Ignore the last post on this, I have now created the Project Server db using
the setupdb.cmd and this has worked...I am now working through the Project
server installation screens and when I am asked to enter the MSProjectServer
User and MSProjectUser account info I am getting the following message: "An
Unknown ADO error occurred while communciating with the Microsoft SQL Server!
Error 127" - has anyone got any ideas as to what is wrong here?
