I want to setup my GMail Account in Outlook. It is OK in Outlook Express but in Outlook, when i click "Test Account Settings" , it fails at some steps. My settings are same as OE. Here they are :
Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)
Each of these settings are required to get your e-mail account working.

User Information Server Information
Your Name: Ayush Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.gmail.com
E-mail Address: (e-mail address removed) Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
Logon Information Test Settings
User Name: UserName After filling out the information on this screen, we
Password: Password recommend you test your account by clicking the button
below. (Requires network connection)
[ ] Log on using Secure Password [ Test Account Settings . . . ]
Authentication
[ More Settings . . . ]

It doesn't matter that the user name in "User Name:" field is my account name only or my account (e-mail address removed), it gives this error message:

*Sometimes* the error message is :
