SET UP INTERN EXPLORER W/WORDS-WINDOWS 2000

[HELP!]

I OFTEN HAVE DOCUMENTS IN WORD THAT I NEED TO E-MAIL AND I NEED TO MAKE THAT
CONNECTION...OUR COMPANY HAD INTERNET EXPLORER AND MY E-MAIL IS MICROSOFT
OUTLOOK FOR WINDOWS 2000. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS!

compose an email using a word doc?

As attached is fine..I just seem to not be able to get it to work...It has
in the past but I never paid attention to the settings, so I'm having great
difficulty in setting this feature back up. Also, maybe I should mention,
for some odd reason, (which I think must be an option of Windows 2000,
because my Windows XP also has it at home, Outlook Express is available on
the system and needless to say never works anyway. However, it often seems
to be a problem, somewhat like it's interfering with certain functions on
this system. I'm a total computer bumbler and extremely frustrated. Any
suggestions?
