Set up options automatically

Hi !

I have a problem with the calendar in Oultook.
When a user wants to set up a meeting, he can see the availability of the
attendees up to 2 months not more. I know this can be changed manually in
Outlook options (5, 6, 10 months....). But as I don't want to set up this
manually on all workstations, is there a way to set this option automatically
??
