Set up Outllok 2003 for off-line use only.

I want to use Outlook 2003 off-line on my desktop at home to work offline
with .ost and .pst files from Outlook 2000 at work. I will be transferring
files back & forth on a memory card - a laptop is too bulky as I commute by
cycle. There is no web access to my employers Exchange. Which files do I
need from my work set up and how do I set up Outlook 2003 at home ?
I will also want to use Outlook 2003 with my home ISP, using a separate
profile.
