set-up outlook IN-BOX in 3 columns: navigation pane, from, and me.

I want to have Outlook email work as Microsoft's default method, with 3
columns;
Navigator Pane, From Message(short) and full message box, but I can not
get the third column, the full message box to show. How can I set this up?
