Set Up Outlook Sync Option is Greyed out...aka not available...?

When I or anyone else goes to my Tasks page and selects the action list, Set
Up Outlook Sync menu item is disabled. I'd like to give this a test spin as I
think it will be easier for the main population in our shop to use Outlook,
as opposed to a web browser.

Any thoughts? Am I overlooking something obvious? thanks!

Is "Download Project Web Access Outlook Add-In" in Project Web Access
Permissions enabled?

I can't find the setting you are referring to Barbara. Can you post the path
to it? I'm going to PWA, Site Settings, Permissions? thanks for your help!
