Set up outlook with AT&T Worldnet

I am attempting to configure to use Outlook with AT&T Worldnet email id but I
am not having any sucess. I used the recommended settings from the Worldnet
User's reference Desk (WURD). I was told to use 995 for the incoming server
(POP3) and also checked that the server requires an encrypted connection
(SSL). The site also told me to us 465 for the outging server (SMTP) and to
check that the server requires an encrypted connection (SSL). I receive
the following error message - Sent email message: The specified server was
found, but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the
port and SSL information is correct. To access these settings, close this
dialog then click more settings and click on Advanced tab.

I tried the link that you included but it did not help. I keeps telling me
to check the Port and SSL settings. Where would I check for the settings
that I need? I have tried the default settings and the settings that were
recommended below on the by "WURD". Thanks, Dave
