SET UP PROBLEM (HELP!)

Hi Computer Wizards!
I have Verizon/Msn set up with my DSL connection but need to have outlook in
order to synch with my treo 600 but everytime I try to set it up it does not
work. Is there somone kind enough out there to give me step by step
insturctions. My frustration is getting the best of me.
