set up reports using access for seniors. Denied access in trainin.

[completely confused]

Microsoft Office online has denied me to use their templates to download a
template for a program in their training program for Access 2000. This
template is essential to the course to train for the use of Access 2000
program. I cannot download in microsoft office online. Please help. I need
this program to share with my membership to keep our records. On the computer
is an administrative order stopping me from using this program by not
allowing Activex to download.. I have tried everthing. Any ideas to unlock
this in security on my computer?.Thank you, completey confused.

Yes, talk to your System Administrator who set up those restrictions and ask
them to unlock that feature.
