Set-up to pull e-mail from an e-mail address on my computer

I am trying to set Outlook up to automatically import e-mail from an address
that is on a DSL connection when I activate Outlook. When I try to use the
import under file in outlook it does not give me the option to select this
e-mail. I tried all of the functions listed but none worked.

You are trying to import data from from a previously configured account or
are you trying to configure an account so that you can send/receive e-mail?
I assume the last. Use Tools-> E-mail Accounts for setting up an account.
Contact your ISP or mail admin to obtain the settings for your account if
you don't know them.

Are you saying you want to import your contacts from a webmail application?
Does this application belong to your ISP? Do they allow for any type of
export from the webmail account? Conversely, can this webmail account be
set up locally in Outlook?

I would start by asking my ISP what your options are for this account.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
