Set up to see calendar when opening?

When I first installed Outlook 2003 I would get a screen
with either that day's or that week's appointments.

I did something and now Outlook opens without that
screen. How do I reconfigure Outlook to get that screen
on opening and save the settings?

Hello Vaughn,

Go to:

Outlook > tools > options > select other (tab)> advanced
options > and select what you wand.

That's it.

Success,

Jaap,

I followed your instructions, but I didn't see any way to
specify that the weekly calendar appears when I first
start Outlook. I had already checked the choice of
showing reminders.

As an example, I have entered all the faily birthdays and
I used to get a window that showed me up to 5 days ahead
of time when that birthday was occurring. Now I don't get
the notice.
