Question: I'm trying to load my office XP PRofessional
on a new computer. HP Pavillion, and it is telling me
that I am entering the wrong key code. I know it's right
because I wrote it down on the CD itself. Any ideas to
help me get loaded! Thanks. TIM

Two solutions

a) You wrote the number down incorrectly.

b) It's an OEM licence, in which case it's tied to the computer on which
it was initially installed. If this is the case, then you have no choice but
to purchase a new - preferably retail - licence.
