set user password expiry date

How can I set the user password expiry date when I create a new user. I am
writing an ASP/ASP.NET page to manage the users on a windows 2003 server
local user database.

Sorry: this newsgroup is for questions about security for Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional (and you can't set an
expiry date for the user password in Access).

You'll probably have better luck asking in a group related to Windows 2003,
or to scripting.
