The administration that I work for has requested that I
set up a "pulbic calendar" which allows everyone in our
department to put in their work schedule. (For example,
vacation time, away from office time, etc.) I have
created the public calendar under the public folders and
have given our users access to it. This seems to be
working well. Now administration would like all our users
to be automatically placed in this "public calendar" when
they first start outlook. Then, once they have checked
the public calendar, they can then switch to their
personal calendar. Does anyone have an idea of how to
accomplish this?
We are generally using Outlook XP with a Exchange 2000
server.
Thanks,
Marlin.
