Setting a Folder to allow Right Click Empty

There are currently two folders in Outlook 2003 that allow you to Right Click
on, and in the context menu is "Empty 'Folder Name' Folder" (Junk E-Mail, and
Deleted Items)

I would like to have this capability on a couple of other folders that I
have.. does anyone know of a registry hack or something that can turn this on?
